Choosing your builder is one of the most important steps in building your new home. You will be working very closely with them and its vital that you feel you can trust them and get along with them.

We see that building a new home is about teamwork and communication. We are here to work with you every step of the way, and we dont just disappear once our part is over. Our free maintenance period upon completion ensures this.

Or else you could just use a big volume building company where they whack 'em 'n stack 'em as fast as possible using sub-contracted builders to work on your dream home :s

 

We can quote straight off your plans or we can refer you to an architect who can work with you from the beginning to turn your dreams and ideas into 3D plans so you can really visualise what your new home will look like before we put a spade in the ground.

Once you are happy with the concept design and proceed to the next stage of working drawings we are able to provide an accurate and fixed price for the project or work on a "cost plus" contract.

After the plans have passed through council and have the building consent you can sit back and watch the progress unfold.

You can have as much or as little input as you like, but either way you can be sure that our "mother policy" will keep you informed and up to date with everything that's happening. You will receive regular progress reports and site meetings will be arranged at a time that suits you to discuss your thoughts. You may decide that now that the walls are up you would like to make some minor changes, no problem, we'll simply fill out a short form with you to authorise the variation and consider it done.
