House Maintenance Service - Auckland

Your Home or Rental Property is one of the most important financial assets you own. Regular House Maintenance protects the value of your asset.

Often this work is not carried out because, as the homeowner, you don’t know where to turn or who can carry out the jobs that need to be completed to repair and protect your investment.

At SIKA Homes we understand both the need for Regular Home Maintenance and also the difficulty to find a Contractor you can rely on. In response to this we have a House Maintenance Service. We will come and carry out the Carpentry work necessary, arrange any Subcontractors if required and keep your home in order. As Registered Master Builders, we believe it is important to carry out any work to the Highest Standard, so we have a dedicated Builder available to provide this service for you. This means the Builder that comes to your house to complete this maintenance work has been trained and is equipped to deal with any carpentry repairs or maintenance required.

Typically SIKA Homes will not provide written quotes on smaller repair and maintenance jobs, but complete them on a charge-out basis. We work in half-day and full-day units and these are charged at set rates for labour and travel. If however we discover something that requires attention we will always get your approval before carrying out the task. We have found many of our customers have a number of maintenance jobs which they need to have completed and having a qualified builder in your home or investment property for a half-day (or more) allows you to get these all dealt with in one visit.
